TLISH (Transgender Ladies Initiating Sisterhood) is an MPOWERMENT intervention that has been adapted for transgender women of color.  Lately the program has spiced up the traditional way of promoting sex-positive messages, while doing it with style.  The young women have shared their message with various youth organizations all over the San Francisco Bay Area.  The group has presented many youth oriented event.

She is a part of the Native American Drag Troupe in San Francisco known as the Brush Arbor Gurlz ran by the matron of the arbor Landa Lakes. Pfister is from Cherokee and Macanese heritage and has been a supporter and organizer recognizing both sides of her family origins.
