Alexandra Byerly

Alexandra Byerly, Program Coordinator for El/La Program Para TransLatinas in the Mission. She is a happily married student, activist and advocate for Human Rights Inspired by Anna Fernandez and her untimely death, she moved to San Francisco from Los Angeles in 2006, giving up her job of 12 years at the Los Angeles International Airport, came out from her stealth life, to fight for Transgender's rights and to become part of the LGBTQI family in San Francisco.
