In Solidarity with Orlando

Today a great tragedy has happened. Our community has fallen victim to the biggest mass shooting in the history of the US. 50 people dead and more injured after a gun man open fired at a QPOC event at Pulse, a Latino owned LGBTQ club in Orlando, FL. Trans March stands in solidarity and sends our deepest condolences to the victims, friends and families of all affected in this awful atrocity. Our mission is to inspire all trans and gender non-conforming people to realize a world where we are safe, loved, and empowered.

The San Francisco Trans March & Dyke March stand in solidarity with the victims, families, friends, and community of the tragedy in Orlando and today’s joint fundraiser, hosted by Supervisor Jane Kim, will be free with donations being optional. A portion of all proceeds raised will be donated to the victims fund. Please consider donating to the victims fund at the event today or online.

We will not give into rhetoric of fear and anti-diversity. We continue forward as one community, united with our Latinx siblings, our Muslim siblings, our POC siblings, and all queers alike.
