- find out what time people are arriving day of march
print parking permits (Dylan)- get badges/nametags for volunteers
- get list of people allowed backstage

- make sure we get port a potties at civic center from pride (Luis)
get safety monitor vests (Dylan got them from Pride)- get permit for civic center (Luis)

- get sunscreen
